2- Who is responsible for the “processing” of personal data on this site?
The personal data that you communicate to us, expressly or automatically, are collected and processed by or on behalf of EURAGGLO S.A.S., registered in the Trade and Companies Register.
EURAGGLO S.A.S. is the so-called “controller” of the personal data collected via the website.

5- How long does EURAGGLO S.A.S. keep my personal data?
EURAGGLO S.A.S. keeps your personal data only for the necessary time for the described purposes. In principle, your personal data are deleted 3 years after your last active interaction with EURAGGLO S.A.S. In this way, we also avoid the retention of irrelevant information. Since contractual liability claims are only time-barred after 10 years, we will archive certain personal data during this period, and only for this purpose. If other legal obligations impose a longer retention period (in particular, in terms of invoice retention), we will of course comply with this regulation.
6- Does EURAGGLO S.A.S. transmit my personal data to other organizations?
For the purposes referred to in Article 4, EURAGGLO S.A.S. may use “subcontractors”. They act exclusively on our behalf and may only process your personal data according to our instructions.
