Our range of roller presses for briquettes (pillow, almond etc…) or flakes for further compaction varies according to :

• Capacities : The smallest laboratory presses have an output of 10-30 kg/hour, the biggest ones 100T/h output or more, especially for compaction. However, according to the type of raw material, each press is limited in its unit output, because of the characteristics of the product or because of the mechanical design of the press.
• Feeder type : Gravity or force-feeder. The force-feeder can be vertical or horizontal.
• Total loads on rolls :Usually, the loads are between 50 and 7000 kN from the laboratory press to the industrial compactor, on NPK fertilizers applications for instance. The total load is equal to the product of the specific load by the useful width of rolls
• The installed powers at rolls : usually between 2 and 800 kW
